Whether something was ordered by mistake or if a product has developed a fault there may be times when an item will need to be returned. The first port of call is to speak to the clever people on the technical team, there may be a simple setting on a camera that will change it back from being in black and white and into color. The technical team is also in charge of issuing RMA numbers so they should be able to issue one on the same call.
We understand that it’s not always possible to speak to the technical team during the day when you are busy with different jobs.
